Nanofluids, micro-lubrications and machining process optimisations − a review

چکیده
The lubrication is a prime requirement of metal cutting industries to assure high quality performance. conventional technique coolant flow less economical and eco-friendly. Recently, nano fluids found better fluid in machining due potential thermal heat transfer properties. role micro-lubrication techniques process optimization are equally important for improving literature review presents the findings different researchers field techniques. experimental studies were focused on performance using techniques, especially nanofluid MQL with optimized parameters. conductivity water based TiO 2 shows improvement by 22% base fluids. case study discussed which preparation characterization fluid, setup parameters Jaya algorithm. Finally, application challenges during identified. scope research work recommended further obtain an economical, eco-friendly manufacturing process.
